Job Title: Marketing Executive – Business Development

Reports to: Marketing Manager/Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a driven Marketing Executive to boost our business growth! You’ll develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence, generate leads, and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Manage lead generation and conversion processes
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance
• Create engaging content for marketing channels (digital, social, etc.)
• Support brand building and reputation management

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing and business development
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-backed decisions
• Experience in managing campaigns and partnerships
