Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome clients, visitors, and employees, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and manage visitors, clients, and employees
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages
• Manage front desk operations, including reception area maintenance
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
• Provide administrative support to staff as needed
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and petty cash
• Assist with event planning and coordination

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
